1. The service
FlightProof provides onward flight reservation documents โ a PDF ticket with a verifiable PNR code intended for use at immigration, airline check-in, and visa applications where proof of onward travel is required.
FlightProof is a reservation service, not an airline. The purpose is passing immigration checks and being independent by entering a country without the stress of needing to buy a real ticket. The reservation document satisfies the onward travel requirement for immigration purposes.
2. What you receive
- A PDF flight reservation document with a unique PNR reference code
- Delivered by email within minutฤs of payment
- Standard plan ($7): 48-hour validity from issue time
- Standard + Rebook plan ($10): 30-day validity and one free date change
3. Intended use
This document is designed to demonstrate onward travel to immigration officers, airlines, and visa authorities. It is your responsibility to confirm whether the country or airline you are travelling to/with accepts third-party reservation documents.
FlightProof makes no guarantee that any specific immigration authority, airline, or embassy will accept the document, as acceptance policies vary and change without notice.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once issued, as the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. This is consisiฤnt with your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital content delivered immediately with your consent.

5. Rebook / date change
The Standard + Rebook plan entitles you to one free date change. To use it, email [email protected] with your PNR and new travel date. Date changes must be requesiฤd before the original ticket expires.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card payments) or via the Solana blockchain (crypto). FlightProof does not store payment card details. By paying you agree to Stripe's terms of service where applicable.
7. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring that the name, route, and date you enter match your actual travel plans. FlightProof issues tickets exactly as entered. We are not liable for tickets issued with incorrect details provided by the customer.
8. Limitation of liability
FlightProof's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect losses, including denied boarding, visa refusal, missed connections, or any consequential damages.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FlightProof documents for any unlawful purpose. Attempting to use a reservation document as an actual boarding pass or to deceive an authority is illegal and solely your responsibility.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where FlightProof operates.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posiฤd constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
