1. What We Provide
FlightProof provides onward flight reservation documents — a PDF ticket with a verifiable PNR (Passenger Name Record) code. The purpose of this document is to satisfy immigration checks and visa requirements by proving you have a flight leaving a country. This is not a redeemable airline ticket — it is a reservation that holds for a set period and then automatically cancels.
⚠️ The purpose is passing immigration checks and being independent by entering a country without the stress of needing to buy a real ticket. Our reservations are accepted by immigration and airlines in 50+ countries.
2. No Refunds on Completed Reservations
Because our service involves creating a real-time airline reservation that holds a seat on an actual flight, all sales are final once the reservation has been created and the PNR code has been issued. This includes:
- Reservations where the PNR has been generated and emailed
- Reservations where the customer has checked the booking via the airline website
- Reservations that have been used for immigration or visa purposes
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If we are unable to deliver a valid PNR code within 24 hours of payment
- Duplicate payment
- Service error: If the reservation was created with incorrect flight details due to a system error on our end
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and PNR code. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Free Ticket — Send an Email
If you need another onward ticket, you can get one free by simply sending an email to [email protected] with your desired route and travel date. We'll issue a new reservation at no charge. Use this format in your email:
- Subject: Free Ticket Request — [your PNR or email]
- Body: Your desired route (from → to) and travel date
6. Rebook Service
If you purchased the 1 Airplane Ticket + Rebook plan ($10), you are entitled to one free date change within 30 days of the original booking. This is not a refund but a modification of your reservation.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your PNR code will be immediately invalidated and you will be permanently banned from using our service. We vigorously defend all chargebacks with proof of service delivery (PNR code, email logs, and airline verification records).
